How long do you need to set up your equipment?
It will usually take 60-minutes to set-up our equipment once it has been take to the performance room. If the performance room is adjacent to the car parking space, and the get-in is straightforward then 60-minutes will be adequate. However, if there is a distance between the performance room and the car parking space orif there are stairs to navigate, then additional time will be required to get all of the equipment in.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we carry public liability Insurance.
Is your equipment tested for electrical safety?
Yes we have all of our equipment tested for electrical safety and can provide uur PAT test certificate if required.
Will you need a dressing room?
It would be very helpful to have a private secure dressing room where we can change, leave our personal things, and prepare properly for our performance. If a dressing room is not available, please mention this at the time of booking, and we'll agree a way around this with you.
Do you provide background music between your sets?
We can provide our standard pre-recorded play list of music that will be put on during our band breaks.
Can we play our own iPad/iPod music through your system during you band breaks?
Yes you can.
How long does the band play for?
We can play up to 2 hours of music, split in to two sets as required. We find this to be the best format. We are able to split our play list into 3 sets if required but always recommend that 2 sets provides for better impact and audience entertainment satisfaction. We plan the play-list to ensure that the atmosphere of you party will build up well throughout the evening.
Can I choose my own songs?
Of course you can choose the songs you would like us to play from our repertoire, but please allow us to then mix the songs into a play list that will allow the atmosphere to build throughout the evening. We are experienced and always concerned that your guests get the most from your party and the best evenings entertainment from us, we will mix and blend the play list to ensure there's a good measure of light and shade, and something for everyone.
Band catering.
We do have a rider and will need you to provide a light meal and soft drinks for the band and crew (if any) for the duration.
Will you need parking spaces?
Yes please, we will need car parking spaces as close to the venue load-in entrance as possible. Should there not be car parking available by the load-in entrance, we can do the load-in then move our vehicle/s to another close-by parking area, if necessary.
Performance space and staging.
The performance space is dependant on the number of musicians you book. The agency will advise you about this at the time of booking. Regarding staging, it's always better if there is a raised stage area for us to perform on, but this is not essential and we can perform on the same floor level as the audience.
Electricity Requirement.
We will require a 13am power supply
Performing Outdoors.
If you require us to perform outdoors please be sure to position us in a shaded spot. Should a shaded spot not be available we will require a gazeebo
