Funeral

I booked the quartet at very short notice for my mums funeral, she had planned her own service, she enjoyed classical music whilst she was alive, and particularly wanted a string quartet to be the main feature of her funeral, instead of hymns. She had even chosen the pieces she wanted the quartet to play, and they performed them all beautifully, we absolutely loved their performance, they make wonderful music together, and it was so special as it mums choices.

Dinner Party

I hired the East Sussex String Quartet for my wife's 60th birthday dinner party at our home, she knew nohing about it, it was a complete surprise and she loved it. They arrived and set up really quickly whilst she was upstairs getting ready, and they started playing as she came down for dinner, both Kate and all of our guests loved it, it was absolutely perfect.

The East Sussex String Quartet have been performing together for more than 20-years, and have delighted many events, and entertained many audiences with their beautiful reditions of classical and contemporary music.

From classical to jazz and stage and screen to pop, their extensive repertoire includes something for everyone, and they always consult with their clients to produce the perfect play-list that includes all of their clients special requests, and more!
